Terms & Conditions of Participation
RULES
This competition resides solely on the Miami Art Week @miamiartweek Instagram platform.
The promotion is open to participants who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion announcement.
There is no purchase necessary to enter or participate in this promotion. Your chances of winning do not increase based upon a purchase, membership or contribution.
The promotion opens on Friday December 1, 2023 and ends at midnight on Saturday, December 2, 2023.
Participants are allowed a maximum of two entries.
The winner will be chosen at random by Miami Art Week and the winner must comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
The chosen winner will be contacted through their Instagram profile on Sunday December 3, 2023.
If the winner fails to contact Miami Art Week by 5 PM (EST) on December 4, 2023 to claim his/her prize, or if he/she fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Participation, such winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize.
The winning prize is a pair (2) passes to the Miami Art Week Kickoff Party on Monday December 4, 2023.
Employees of Miami Art Week directly involved with this prize draw and their immediate families or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to enter this competition.
This prize draw is a localized competition. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
The prize is non-transferable and no alternative is available. Travel to and from the event in Miami Beach is not included. All costs to attend the event are at the sole cost of the winner.
All participants must follow and be in compliance with Instagram's terms of service.
Miami Art Week is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the promotion.
Miami Art Week reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in the event of acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances.
Fraudulent activities, multiple entries, or failure to meet eligibility criteria shall result in disqualification.
The winner of the prize hereby grants permission for their name, image(s) and Instagram handles to be used in promotional materials and for the purposes of announcing the winner of the promotion.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any liability in connection with this promotion.
Any information or data collected, stored or used during this promotion is subject to the Miami Art Week Privacy Policy.
