Jessica Leal Collins
I was born and raised in McAllen, Texas, and I'm a self-taught abstract artist. My artwork is inspired and drawn from the vibrant and energetic colors of my South Texas upbringing and the simplicity of everyday happenings. My art is an assembly of jewel-tone dressings graced by heavily textured acrylics, mediums, and lustrous gold leaf. I create my paintings to be universal and convey enjoyment and an appreciation of life. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas with my husband and three beautiful daughters.
